LED Table Lamp
An cordless, LED table lamp that works great as a night light
Overview
A few months back, I had to start sleeping in the living room more often in order to take care of my dog, who was getting a bit older. Naturally, there wasn't a good option for seeing during the night. You either had the bright overhead lights in the fan, or no light at all.
Of course, I could have picked up a couple night lights to plug into the wall, but the outlets weren't easy to get to and I wanted something more portable. Since I needed something right away, I originally went with this lamp from Lowes.
After unboxing and getting it set up, it wasn't my favorite. The battery only lasted a single night and there was no way to replace any of the parts - everything was glued shut. So I decided to design and 3D print my own lamp, using that as inspiration and a starting point.
